Terms & Policies

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

You are responsible for the entire booking cost once your reservation is confirmed. Camp Clarity cannot provide refunds and will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil disruptions, embargoes, and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported. Refunds will not be given for weather conditions (either locally or at your location), nearby construction, steep or difficult road conditions, utility service outages, poor or slow wi-fi, medical emergencies, death or illness, evidence of pests, or any changes in or unavailability of amenities in villa, all of which are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-show or emergencies of any kind. In the event of an emergency beyond our control, all guests must comply with mandatory evacuation orders. We recommend protecting your vacation with travel insurance which provides for some weather related coverage.

Cancellation by Camp clarity:

Camp Clarity reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time, for any reason, and its liability shall be limited to a refund in full of only those moneys it has received from or on behalf of the Traveler. If the Traveler has purchased the air ticket, it is his/her own responsibility to become familiar with the penalties and restrictions of the air ticket and, in the event of a cancellation or date change by Camp Clarity, Camp Clarity shall not be held liable for any penalties incurred from the cancellation or change of the air ticket. 

Passport and Visa:

It is your responsibility to ensure your travel documents are in order. As it is the requirement of most countries, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after the return date. We strongly advise that you have adequate travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey.

Waitlist policy:

If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other available dates. If we’re able to confirm your place on the retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.

FACILITIES:

Camp Clarity is held at a private villa and the use of stairs and steps is required. 

Medical Concerns, conditions and risks:

Each camper acknowledges by purchasing a reservation at Camp Clarity that the retreat will include physical activity, yoga and tours that may present personal risks to himself/herself and other members of the group. It is the responsibility of the camper to advise the leaders of allergies, physical limitations, personal health history or other medical concerns in order to create the safest environment for all. Please allow time for Camp Clarity leadership to make accommodations, by giving advanced notice of conditions in the pre-camp survey at registration, all information will be kept confidential. We will do our very best to ensure the safest and most fun camp for everyone!
